$9.00 Hourly
The Warren County Summer Internship Program will employ up to six (6) students for five (5) weeks during the summer. This Program will allow students an opportunity to gain meaningful work experience while learning about the various functions of local government. Students will submit (1) a completed Warren County Employment Application (Scan above code to apply), (2) a letter of interest stating why they want to work for Warren County and what they hope to gain from the internship, and (3) a reference letter by a school official (teacher, counselor, etc.). Students will undergo a standard employment screening process to determine placement. The required information is to be submitted to the Warren County Human Resources Director. Application deadline: Friday, May 23, 2025.

Compensation:$9.00 per hour; working 37.5 hours per week
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
Clerical (filing, answering phone, data entry, greeting visitors)
Intermediate computer skills (research/case study ability)
Creative thinking
Working with youth programs
Working with animals
Good attitude
Good work ethic
Good attendance
Ability to get to and from work with no problem
