**This is a 2nd shift position (3pm-11pm) and base rate is $25.21 with a $1.00 shift premium*
Glen Raven is recruiting for a Section Leader which will help lead a shift to ensure smooth operations. This position adds value to Glen Raven by their commitment to achieve the highest level of production, quality and safety as well as teamwork by ensuring that the process runs efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Follow company policies and safe work practices

- Qualifications include:
- Combination of education and experience would be acceptable
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to use computer efficiently
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changes
- Willing to work a rotating schedule as necessary and weekends
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, walk, sit and stand for long periods of time
- Normal or corrected hearing and vision
Experience and Education:
- Previous experience in a textile manufacture preferred
- High School Diploma Preferred
